CPR Repairs and Coats Bow Thruster Tunnels
CUSTOMER: Canadian Coast Guard Ship – Samuel Risley
PROBLEM: Bow Thruster Tunnels were suffering with Cavitation and Erosion Damage.
SUBSTRATE: Carbon Steel
CPR: Blast to SSPC-SP10 with a 4-mil profile. Fill in pitting with Paste Grade Metal and overcoat with Fluid Grade Wear Resistant Coating
