APPLICATION DATE: Every year
PROBLEM: Pulverized coal fuel erodes “flat back” components to premature failure.
SUBSTRATE: Carbon Steel
APPLICATION METHOD: Units blasted to SSPC-SP10 with a 3-4 mil profile. Template used to control thickness on base and free handed on 4″ pipes. Applied at 3/8″ thickness.
CPR FACTS: CPR Materials are used as a sacrificial product to give some longer
life to these flat backs
