CPR Repairs corroded Fuel Piping aboard ship
CUSTOMER: Shipping company in Ontario
PROBLEM: Fuel Piping was corroding away especially at the floor joint.
Fluid Grade Products were used in conjunction with reinforcement tape.
SUBSTRATE: Carbon Steel
CPR: Piping was cleaned up with a wire brush and the substrate was hand grinded. First application of Fluid Grade was followed by a wrap and then two more coats of the Fluid Grade Materials.

Loose rust was removed and pipes were prepared.

First coat of Fluid Grade was applied followed by a reinforcement wrap and second coat.

Third coat of fluid grade was applied.

Material was left cure with heat from a distance to keep the pipes warm.
