APPLICATION DATE: February 2003
PROBLEM: Construction hiccup led to weir plate tray seals not being welded to vessel walls
SUBSTRATE: Steel
APPLICATION METHOD: Weir tray design modified to allow application of CPR Material was applied as shimming/sealing compound and overcoated with final topcoat of CPR Material.
CPR FACTS: The CPR option was carried out with NO HOT WORK and therefore no post-weld heat-treating was required
