CPR Tank Coated with Anode and Cladding
CUSTOMER: Farm operation in Alliston, Ontario
APPLICATION DATE: August 2005
PROBLEM: OEM Tank Coating had failed and customer wanted a permanent solution.
SUBSTRATE: Carbon Steel
APPLICATION METHOD: Tank blasted to SSPC-SP10, 3-mil profile followed by two spray applications of Anode followed by two spray coats of cladding. Graco Ultra 395 mechanical spray unit was used for the application.
