PROBLEM: Salt water accelerated corrosion damage on cooling water pump impeller from New Jersey refinery
SUBSTRATE: Bronze
APPLICATION METHOD: After proper surface preparation, application techniques developed by CPR the correct polymer/epoxy materials were used to restore profiles and coat impeller to protect against future damage.
CPR FACTS: Impeller was dynamically balanced as part of this repair
